Jeffrey Hawley and Casey Urkevich partnered with Ken Block at the end of 2007 to form Block Hawley Commercial Real Estate Services. Prior to this, Mr. Hawley spent the last four and a half years as a Vice President in the Industrial Group at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. During his tenure, Mr. Hawley was a top producer for the company including the Top Producers in 2006. Hawley specializes in industrial sales and leasing, industrial park development and industrial investment. Prior to joining CTMT, Mr. Hawley worked in the industrial division for CB Richard Ellis for over 17 years as a Vice President of Industrial Properties. Jeffrey has sold and leased more than 45 million square feet totaling more than $1 billion in consideration in more than 2,000 transactions throughout his commercial real estate career. Jeffrey's clients include First Industrial Realty Trust, ProLogis Trust, Welsh Development, Duke Realty, Colony Realty Partners/Block Funds, JB Management, and Altus Properties. Jeffrey was the 'Broker of the Year' in St. Louis for First Industrial Realty Trust in 2002 and 2005 and was recently named by Real Estate Forum Magazine as one of the Top 31 leasing brokers in the country. Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. Jeffrey is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.

Casey Urkevich is a founding principal of Block Hawley Commercial Real Estate. Since the company’s inception in December of 2007, Mr. Urkevich has completed over 200 transactions totaling $50 million, in product classes of industrial, office, and retail. Since entering the real estate industry over 15 years ago, he has held a strong interest in industrial real estate where he spends a majority of his time. His clients range from Fortune 100 companies to local business owners and he has been recognized by his peers as a Who’s Who of industrial real estate and a Costar Power Broker Award Recipient. Mr. Urkevich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
